Can knifepoint Ridge be cleared?
You can solve this issue by loading a previously saved game (before initializing Boethiah’s Calling), and clearing out Knife Point Ridge and its mine. Reload the game before starting Boethiah’s Calling, and the boulders will be gone.
Do you have to slay everyone at knifepoint Ridge?
No he is talking bout Boethetiah’s quest. The stealth kill is optional. I’ve never killed them stealthly, unless you specialize in Sneak it’s utterly useless. Boethiah does say to do it silently, but it’s not a requirement.

Nope. Just get Lydia or another annoying or useless person. Pair it up with the ebony blade, and power up the blade while you complete the Boethiah quest. But someone has to die for the quest to advance.

This section of the camp features a log gate to the south that leads to a campfire with a bandit near it. The entrance to the second zone, Knifepoint Mine, is also found beyond this gate, with a pickaxe on the ground just outside the entrance and another by some crates and sacks to the left.
