Fat Head’s South Shore Saloon founded September 11, 1992 in Pittsburgh’s South Side. Fat Head’s Brewery & Saloon opens its doors in Cleveland April 7, 2009. A production brewery is built to keep up with ever-increasing demand for Fat Head’s beer. The Tap House inside Fat Head’s production brewery opens in October 2013.
